Chapstick at Publix is regular price $1.99. There is a $1 off coupon in the green advantage flier located at the front of the store. You might have gotten $1 off coupon from Walgreens for chapstick a few weeks ago, or you could have picked one up on the back of some literature at Walgreens about choosing the right sunscreen. My Walgreens had a table set up in cosmetics with the literature on them.
